It really is a doozy that some of the best-tasting foods are actually some of the worst for you, in terms of fat and calories. I know it can be hard to avoid them, especially in places—like malls—where nutrition101 usually isn’t available nor carried for. So I took the liberty to do some work for you; take a look at a list of foods you should skip—at a mall, restaurant, or grocery store, and the alternative to each.

Healthier Alternative: The simple thing to say is “stop drinking them…” but I wouldn’t be practicing what I preach. Your best bet is a regular cup of coffee without all the bells and whistles.
