If you feel like your shoulders are one of your lagging body parts, try this routine, you will NOT feel that way after this routine. Be sure to check your ego at the door. Don’t worry about the weight you are moving, worry about simple moving the weights you can. You are going to be doing 36-46 sets…talk about a serious shoulder pump! During this routine, you will burn a substantial amount of fat, build lean muscle and ultimately, feel good in your skin. Warm-up: 5-7 minutes on Elliptical

Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3-4 sets, 8 reps

Standing Barbell Front Raise: 3-4 sets, 12 reps (2-2-2 tempo. 2 sec up, 2 sec pause, 2 sec down)

Standing Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise: 3-4 drop sets. 10 reps on the first set, then to failure for each set after

Standing Rear Delts: 3-4 drop sets. 10 reps on the first set, then to failure for each set after

Barbell Shoulder Shrugs: 3 sets, 12 reps

Cable High Pulls: 3 sets, 10-12 reps

There are some nice nixed reps in this routine, ranging from 4 reps all the way to 25 reps. Make sure your shoe laces are tied tight and be ready to work! During this routine, you will burn a substantial amount of fat, build lean muscle and ultimately, feel good in your skin. Warm-up: 5-7 minutes on Elliptical

Hack Squats: 3 sets, 4-6 reps

RDL’s (Romanian Deadlifts): 3 sets, 8 reps

Dumbbell Lunges: 3-4 sets, 25 reps each leg

Leg Extensions: 3-4 sets, 15-20 reps

Today, Ignite Fitness Tucson, Matt and Mark (M&M) show you a great back routine that will hit every angle in just four exercises. Note: When doing pull-ups, never let the tension leave the lats. Keep a good strong arch in your back to ensure engagement in the back muscles. During this routine, you will burn a substantial amount of fat, build lean muscle and ultimately, feel good in your skin.

Warm-up: 5-7 minutes on Elliptical

Pull-Ups: 4 sets to failure

Barbell Bent over Row: 3 sets, 8 reps

Chin-Ups: 3-4 sets to failure

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3-4 sets, 10 reps
