Today, Ignite Fitness Tucson, Matt and Mark (M&M) bring you this arm EXPLODING routine. The most important thing to remember when training arms is the “mind to muscle” connection. If you do not feel the proper muscle being worked, slow the movement down until you can feel it in the right place. Going through the motion does not get you closer to your goal. During this routine, you will burn a substantial amount of fat, build lean muscle and ultimately, feel good in your skin. Warm-up: 5-7 minutes on Elliptical

Internal/External Rotation Warm-ups

TRICEPS

Cable Rope Pushdowns: 2 sets, 15 reps

Barbell Close Grip Bench Press: 3 sets, 6 reps

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extensions: 3 sets, 8 reps

Weighted Bench Dips: 2 drop sets, 8-10 reps with weight lose the weight, then to failure

Diamond Clapping Push-Ups: 2 sets to failure

BICEPS

Super Set:

Seated Alt. Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets, 12 reps

Supinated Grip Barbell Rows: 3 sets, 8 reps

Seated Dumbbell Hammer curl: 3 sets, 10 reps

Super Set:

Chin-Ups: 3 sets to failure

Standing Barbell Curls: 3 sets, 10 reps

Today, Ignite Fitness Tucson, Matt and Mark (M&M) bring you this unusual, yet, brutal workout! We decided to combine barbell back squats with barbell deadlifts. We kept the reps relatively low in order to keep the weight heavy, not to jeopardize our mass training. During this routine, not only will you burn a substantial amount of fat, build lean muscle and ultimately, feel good in your skin. Today, Ignite Fitness Tucson, Matt and Mark (M&M) attempt a new shoulder routine dubbed “Deltoid Doomsday”. Boy! This was a tough routine, but an INTENSE pump in the shoulders. Also, we added a little bonus round in at the very end of the workout to SMOKE those shoulders. Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 1 X 5 (light weight) 3 X 5, then drop set, 1 X 5, 1 X 4, 1 X 10, 1 X 12

Standing Dumbbell Iron Cross: 1 X 5 (light weight) 3 X 5, then drop set, 1 X 5, 1 X 4, 1 X 10, 1 X 12

Barbell Shoulder Shrugs: 1 X 5 (light weight) 3 X 5, then drop set, 1 X 5, 1 X 4, 1 X 10, 1 X 12

Bonus Round: 5 rounds for 1 minute each

Today, Ignite Fitness Tucson, Matt and Mark (M&M) bring you this great combination of Arms & Calves. If you seem to be having trouble finishing off your physique, don’t worry, Matt & Mark have you covered!! This arm routine is brutal. Every exercises is a basic fundamental movement that everyone should master at some point, no matter your goal. The combination of low rep heavy weight and a “finisher set” of twenty reps will leave your arms pumped! Also, we can’t leave out the calves. To me, these are one of the most important muscles, it just seems to cap ones physique perfectly! We start with a simple pre-exhaust set of box jumps, then move into, once again, some basic fundamental calf movements. Enjoy!
