Rotator Cuff Warm-Up: 1 X 12-20

Flat Dumbbell Chest Press: *4 X 6-8 reps

Incline Dumbbell Chest Press: *5 X 6-8 reps

Smith Machine Decline Presses: 4 X 8-12 reps

Cable Chest Fly’s: 4 X 8-12

Push – Ups: 3 X failure

Warm-up: 5-7 minutes on Elliptical

Barbell Back Squats: 6 X 15, 12, 10, 8, 10, 15 reps

Barbell RDL (Romanian Dead Lift): 4 X 12 reps

Leg Press: 4 X 8 reps

Leg Extensions: 4 X 12 reps

Leg Curls: 4 X 8 reps

Build a thicker back! Today, Matt and Mark (M&M) show you a great BACK routine that will complete your physique. There is a tone of great movements performed in this routine. The tricky thing about the back, it needs to be hit from different angles to attack certain muscles. Well, in this routine, you are going to hit some angles you normally don’t. Also, at the end of this workout, we saved a nice back burner. (A), (B), & (C) exercises should be done one after the other after the other, then rest. Go to failure on the pull-ups, go right into chin-ups and finish with the inverted rows. Good luck! Lat. Pull-downs: 3 X 10 reps

Close Grip Pull-downs From The Floor: 3 X 12 reps

Single Arm Dumbbell Row: 3 X 10 reps

Incline supported Dumbbell Row: 3 X 10 reps

  1. Pull-Ups: Failure
  2. Chin-Ups: Failure
  3. Inverted Rows: Failure

We all know there is about a million different arm routines out there, however, there is nothing wrong to sticking to the basic fundamental lifts (if it ain’t broke, why fix it”. This routine has three basic bicep movements, complimented by three basic tricep movements. The nice thing about this routine is the volume. Doing four sets, ten to twenty reps will most definitely leave your arms pumped. Good luck! EZ Bar Curls: 4 X10-15 reps

Dips: 4 X 10-15 reps
