Dumbbell Chest Press: 4 X 10-12  

Incline Machine Press: 4 X 8-12   

Incline Dumbbell Fly: 4 X 8-12

Incline Close Grip Dumbbell Press: 4 X 8-12

Landmine Chest Press: 3 X 20

Dumbbell Pullover: 4 X 12-15

Push-ups: 4 X 12-15

This routine is primarily posterior chain (Hamstrings, glutes & lower back). Last week’s routine was primarily quads.  Between the two routines, you can get a killer leg work out. Good luck! A) Dumbbell RDL: 4 X 12**

b) Weighted Hyperextension: 4 X 15***

Barbell Lunges: 4 X 15 each leg

Sumo Leg Press: 4 X 25, 15, 15, 10
