Sean Arrington’s interested in training sprouted from his years of successes in sports. As he navigated his way through U of A, Eller Business School, his love of fitness was always there.
As he started to purse personal training more, he soon realized that with the tenacity he learned at Eller and the passion he had for fitness, applied together, was a combination for success.
Sean learned as much as he could from multiple different platforms such as; Strength training, Running, CrossFit, Rehabilitation, to name a few.
Sean is driven to provide a quality fitness experience and maximize your results by focusing on training through a variety of exercises from different disciplines.
